Designed for the replacement of heavy transformer oils and, if necessary, the removal of contaminated petroleum or emulsion substances with a capacity of 12–16 m³. The construction of the tank superstructures complies with all regulations for the transport of dangerous goods ADR – Class 9 UN 90/3082 – for the transport of contaminated petroleum substances. The complete tank is either mounted on an interchangeable hook-lift frame according to DIN 30720, on a frame for installation on carriers, or permanently mounted directly on chassis with a payload capacity of 12 to 17 tonnes.
Construction of the Tanks:
The stainless steel tanks are designed as single- or double-compartment tanks with baffles and comply with the ADR standard for the transport of dangerous goods – code LGBV, with a capacity of 12,000 to 16,000 L. The tanks are fitted with safety valves and allow monitoring of the current filling level of individual compartments on a display.
Dispensing Pumping Equipment – for a fee:
Hydraulically driven rotary pump with suction capability (self-filling of the tank) and forced dispensing via a flow pump with a maximum flow rate of up to 300 L/min.),
1x metered dispensing via a mechanically (torsion spring), hydraulically or pneumatically rewound hose reel with DN 32 (38) hose, length 15–40 m, DN 32 dispensing nozzle (38) (flow rate 180–250 L/min.)
