The TURBO uses a specialised spray-injection technology for cleaning and filling potholes in road surfaces with a cold aggregate mixture. The method involves the continuous formation of a mixture of aggregate and asphalt emulsion directly above the pothole, ensuring efficient and long-lasting surface repairs.

Principle of the technology:

  1. Cleaning the pothole – A powerful stream of air removes debris and prepares the surface for repair.
  2. Priming the pothole – Asphalt emulsion is introduced into the air stream, penetrating the pothole.
  3. Filling the pothole – Aggregate is drawn into the air stream and coated with emulsion before impact. The air stream forces the aggregate into the pothole, gradually filling it.
  4. Final finishing – Application of clean aggregate seals and strengthening the repaired pothole.

Its well-designed construction, including an insulated emulsion tank, a powerful blower and an easy-to-operate working arm, makes the TURBO a reliable tool for road maintenance. All functions can be conveniently controlled directly from the working position at the pothole.

TURBO machines are primarily designed as spray patching units for road repairs, but their versatility can be easily extended. During the winter season, a rear spreader can be attached, allowing them to be used as emergency spreaders for inert materials. On request, a divided hopper can also be supplied, enabling the use of two different aggregate fractions.

Flexible installation: The machine can be installed on various high-payload chassis or on tandem trailers
